Jeff was born again in 1974 and filled with the Holy Spirit in 1982. Having a hunger for ministry he went to Satellite Bible School at his local church for 2 years and then went to Tulsa Oklahoma to attend Rhema Bible Training Center from 1987 to 1989. Jeff has been in helps/service ministry for over 40 years in the local churches he has attended. Also over that same period of time he has itinerated occasionally throughout Canada teaching the Word of God. He has also been a bible school director and administrator. He has been a Youth Minister and an Assistant Pastor in Alberta and also pastored in Sarnia, Ontario for 7 years – half as a Senior Pastor and the other half as an Associate Pastor.
In 2008 Jeff moved to Red Deer, Alberta where the Lord brought him and Audrey together along with her 8 year old son Matthew and they got married in 2009. Audrey was born again and Spirit filled in 2000 and graduated from Canada Word of Faith Bible Training Centre in 2004. She has been in helps/service ministry in her local church since she was born again.
The Lord led us to start Jeff Loewen Ministries in 2010. To teach the Word of God to the Body of Christ – leading them from the low life of normal, average and ordinary to the high life of extraordinary, Godly, holy, blessed and distinguished – all for the glory of God.
In July of 2014 at the Lord’s direction we started Arise Family Church in Calgary, AB. as an outreach of JLM to help fulfill our God given assignment.
During this time Jeff began to recognize his need for more growth and development in the area of leadership (for the sake of their church and those around them) and joined the John Maxwell Team (now called Maxwell Leadership) to fulfill that need. In August of 2015 he graduated as a certified JMT Speaker, Trainer and Coach.
The beginning of 2023 the Lord opened up the door for us to relocate the church to Vulcan AB. and in June we had our first service with the Living Word congregation under the new name of ARISE Company.

The word Arise in the Hebrew, when spoken by God is a command and means “First things first, get yourself up on a higher level.” So when He commands “Arise and go” or “Arise and shine” He is telling us – First things first, get yourself to a higher level or place so I can equip you to go or shine.
Philippians 3:14 (AmpC) says “I press on toward the goal to win the [supreme and heavenly] prize to which God in Christ Jesus is calling us upward.” God’s will for us is to always be moving upward, increasing and excelling to the highest level.
